L Jai is a holistic health practictioner specializing in Nutrition, skin and digestive wellness. Through the practice of Ayurvedic science (a form of complimentary and alternative medicine) L Jai Detox Me focuses on the delicate balance between the mind, body and spirit. The intention of L Jai Detox Me is to increase the well-being of the community by encouraging self-education to promote good health, not fight disease.
